LVR-Luise-Leven-Schule Krefeld, air-conditioning systems
The LVR-Luise Leven School, with a focus on hearing and communication in Lobbericher Str. 18-20, in 47839 Krefeld, is to be renovated to be energy efficient.
A total of 6 partial air conditioning systems incl. a device ffor greasy air (kitchen) - supply and exhaust air device as a compact device with heat recovery device and frequency converter - installed in several construction phases to adapt to requirements. These are installed both as outdoor units (roof installation) and as indoor units (basement installation).
The airAll cables are installed in accordance with VDI 6022.
At least the airtightness class ATC 3 according to DIN EN 16798-3 must be achieved.
All installed devices and air ducts must be decoupled from the building structure.
This includes, among other things, the VDI 2081 noise generation and noise reduction in RaAir circulation systems must be taken into account.
There are a total of 4 construction phases with respective interruptions (approx. 1-3 months) in the assembly process. For each construction phase, a formal partial acceptance is carried out with a subsequent partial final invoice, as the construction phases are put into operation at short notice after completionrubbed can be taken.
The entire construction project, including interruptions, is to be completed from May 24 to the end of August 2026.
