Description:
The construction and property operation of the Westfalen-Lippe Landscape Association (LWL) plans to expand the central building with energy center in the Herten LWL Clinic. The new energy center with office and meeting rooms is built as an extension to the central building Haus 8, centrally in the clinic site Located to ensure short line paths. The development takes place via the new access of the GPZ, suitable for building traffic and deliveries. The building is carried out as a solid building with a gable roof. The facade on the ground floor receives a horizontal slat structure for ventilation and Maintenance, the upper floor is a leaked facade and large window area for the exposure of the meeting room. Technically, the system comprises a medium -voltage system, two transformer cells, low -voltage main distributions and a network replacement system with a diesel tank. The heat supply takes place via The existing heating system of the existing building, the electrical supply is connected to the existing system. Both floors are ventilated centrally via ventilation devices with heat recovery.
