Description:
The LWL Clinic Dortmund plans to build a single-storey acute station for child and adolescent psychiatry with twelve fully inpatient beds. The T-shaped, barrier-free building is built on a free clinic property and directly to the existing internal route and supply network of the Clinic connected. The object planning services in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 1, include all service phases from the basic determination to property support. There are special requirements in the design of a secure and calming environment for crisis interventions, the consistent Accessibility and integration into the existing clinic processes. Technisch ist das Gebaude mit einem Flachdach inklusive einer 30?kWp-Photovoltaikanlage (Ueberschusseinspeisung), einer Erdwarme-Heizungsanlage, extensiver Dachbegruenung, aussenliegendem Sonnenschutz und einer energieeffizienten Building envelope equipped.
