• Description of the procurement The subject of the award procedure is the award of sustainability coordination services as well as the support of the DGNB and QNG certification for the planned new and restructuring measures for child and adolescent psychiatry Marsberg location. The overall measure includes the construction of a new clinic building with a gross floor area of ​​approx. 7,740 m2, the new construction of a sports hall with a gross floor area of ​​approx. 1,330 m2 as well as the conversion and renovation of an existing building (House 21) with a gross floor area of ​​approx. 5,760 m2, taking into account monument preservation requirements. The aim of the measure is to realize a functional, sustainable and economical building ensemble in compliance with the Requirements for the DGNB certification system (system version 2018, user profile for healthcare buildings) at least in the desired certification level, the requirements of the Sustainable Building Quality Seal (QNG) and the Efficiency Building 40 standard NH according to BEG.
