• Description:
• The subject of the service is the structural planning for the replacement building for the child and adolescent psychiatry at the LWL Marsberg Clinic, including a sports hall and the structural connection to the listed existing building, House 21. The planning is carried out taking into account monument preservation requirements, barrier-free access, high requirements for sound and heat insulation as well as the objectives of energy efficiency, sustainability and eligibility. The services include development a viable, durable and sustainable structural concept taking into account current standards (DIN, Eurocodes). This includes determining suitable structural types, materials and construction types for new buildings and existing interfaces, including the load assumptions for inpatient and outpatient uses, traffic areas, emergency and functional areas as well as taking into account the existing slope topography. The service also includes the building physics evidence, especially for heat, sound and vibration protection. This includes structural sound insulation between sensitive areas of use, measures to reduce external noise, room acoustics in lounge, therapy and treatment rooms as well as coordination with the technical building equipment with regard to low-noise systems and operating methods. The thermal insulation must be planned in accordance with the requirements of the GEG 2024 and the LWL building guidelines 2030, including energy-efficient construction methods, Avoiding thermal bridges, passive cooling concepts and the integration of sustainable systems.
