Machine insurance for the 50Hz-offshore network connections-leading insurer
The leading insurer is authorized by the insurers involved, the policyholder's advertisements and declarations of intent for everyone involved to accept. This applies in particular to changes to the scope of insurance, the regulation of great damage and the management of a process (procedural authority).
In this context, please note the number 4.13 of the general mechanical insurance agreements.
Lot 1: Machine insurance for the 50Hz-offshore network connections-involved insurers
The insurer involved authorizes the leading insurer, advertisements and declarations of intent by the policyholder for to accept everyone involved.
