• Description:
• The prerequisite requirement for the machine system for atmospheric washing and dyeing processes (Lot 1) is the ability to fulfill the following special textile finishing tasks: - Washing, dyeing and finishing of ready-made piece goods (piece dyeing) - Introducing gases into the dyeing drum to prevent premature oxidation in dyeing processes with vat and sulfur dyes or to control oxidation. - Creating micro/nanobubbles or micronizing/nebulizer systems to achieve this extremely small liquor ratios in effect finishing - extraction of colors or active ingredients from natural materials (e.g. waste from food production) and their direct use in dyeing/finishing processes - generation and introduction of ozone into the installation space including neutralization of the ozone after the finishing process. The prerequisite requirement for the machine for high-temperature dyeing processes (Lot 2) is the ability to fulfill the following special textile finishing tasks: - Dyeing and Equipping manufactured piece goods from synthetic fibers, especially polyethylene terephthalate - The scalability of the results achieved to an industrial scale must be clearly proven by experimental results. The facilities offered must comply with the attached appendix “Specifications/Criteria Catalog” and must meet all minimum requirements. Failure to meet a minimum requirement necessarily leads to the exclusion of the offer. The machine system for atmospheric washing and Dyeing processes (Lot 1) and the machine for high-temperature dyeing processes (Lot 2) should be "ready-to-use", i.e. h. including all necessary components in the T7 hall of Monforts Quartier 28, Schwalmstraße 301, 41238 Mönchengladbach and installed be handed over ready for operation after instruction has been given.
