Performance components are the delivery and assembly of approx. 1,400m2 insulated brick facade, unprotected as a visual levy masonry without subsequent gift, from demolition tantry in the Reich format in the stone shells of the thickness of 12cm or 25cm in front of an approx. Air layer including all necessary supporting and anchoring constructions, base and cross-section seals as well as mineral thermal insulation, before a new building newly built on site, not under cellar; Solid construction made of reinforced concrete and masonry, two to four-storey archive and Office building, publicly accessible on the ground floor, building class 5, building heights between 10.50m and 16.50m in the inner -city context with structural connections to the neighboring buildings in the north and east.
