Description:
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg (SBH), as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account, and of transferring the more than 400 schools to the authorityfor school and vocational training (BSB). A small number of properties close to schools are also part of the management.
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, tax authorities, SBH as the client (AG) award the maintenance of the mechanical ventilation systems in accordance with VDMA 24186, as well as Leistments to assess and improve the hygienic condition of the systems in accordance with VDI 6022, the maintenance of devices to prevent the transmission of fire and smoke in ventilation systems as well as the testing of laboratory fume cupboards and hazardous substance storage cabinets in accordance with the specifications(LV).
The contract term is 2 years. The AG is entitled to extend the contract term by unilateral declaration (declaration of option) twice by 1 year each, under the previous conditions of this contract, up to a maximum of May 31, 2027 (right of option).
