Description: The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation uses the “Information System of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation” (short: ISA) to manage the people it supports. In addition and linked to ISA, there are several online processes (e.g. for online applications or for digital management of expert reports). Furthermore, ISA is linked to other AvH IT processes (e.g. to MACH financial accounting) via an interface. ISA and also the online procedures were developed individually for the AvH. The maintenance and further development of ISA and the online process is currently carried out by a service provider. Due to expiring contracts, the maintenance and further development services for ISA are to be re-awarded. The procedure consists of 2 lots. In lot 1 the maintenance and further development of ISA and in lot 2 the maintenance and further development of the online assessment portal is tendered.
