This award procedure is aimed at suitable and qualified companies, The maintenance and glass cleaning in the following buildings: AOK Haus Duisburg, Schifferstrasse 20/22; approx. 5,700 m2 Floor area - 4. OG to 12. OG AOK Haus Duisburg, Schifferstrasse 20/22; approx. 2,250 m2 of glass surface - 4. OG to 12. OG The object advertised here is frequented daily - Monday to Friday. The office workstations are not firmly assigned to the employees and after daily working ends after the Leaving "Clean Desk" principle, i.e. there are no personal or other objects that are not part of the basic equipment of every workplace. Since the AG is largely digital, there are no other items (e.g. roll container / trash can) Office workstations or under the desks. Only the pure base area was used for the area calculation for this object. In addition, there are the surfaces of desks, cupboards, kitchens etc. to calculate this for the offer is the task of the offering companies.
