• Description:
• The subject of the tender is the implementation of maintenance cleaning services including the delivery and equipping of sanitary consumables as well as glass cleaning services at two locations of the Saxony-Anhalt State Office for Environmental Protection in Halle (Saale). The services are divided into four lots (maintenance and glass cleaning per location). The type and scope of the services are determined by the list of services as well as the area and glass lists in the tender documents. The Maintenance cleaning includes all rooms named in the area lists, including ancillary areas, traffic areas and sanitary areas. Glass cleaning includes all glass surfaces listed in the glass directory, including frames and folds and adjacent surfaces, as long as they are usually cleaned as part of glass cleaning. Some laboratory areas at both locations need to be cleaned. In these areas there are increased requirements for safety, behavior and working methods. Cleaning must be organized and carried out in such a way that laboratory operations are not impaired at any time. The contractor must ensure that only suitable and appropriately trained personnel are used and that all Applicable safety, behavior and access regulations are adhered to. Special means of access (e.g. lift, mobile scaffolding or similar facilities) are required for individual glass surfaces.
