- On the property and in the buildings of the Stromnetz Berlin GmbH substations there are a variety of technical facilities that are used to supply or dispose of fresh water, waste water and rainwater. Because there are electrical systems in almost all parts of the building and they are very sensitive react to water, a high level of reliability is required for the functionality and completeness of all facilities required to supply or dispose of water. In order to maintain this reliability and prevent possible damage or defects, the appropriate Water technology systems are subject to maintenance and inspection. - Stromnetz Berlin GmbH intends to award a framework contract for maintenance and inspection of water technology systems to be carried out in spring and autumn of each year. To the water technology Systems include, among other things, rainwater drains and shafts, sanitary systems, wastewater systems and water level or alarm detectors. The scope of services also includes repairs to the systems and a 24-hour emergency service, 365 days a year. - Under this tender will be a reliable and efficient Contractor wanted to carry out the maintenance and inspection services as well as other services. The framework agreement is expected to begin on March 20, 2026 and end on December 31, 2027. - The client has the right to unilaterally extend the framework agreement three times for two calendar years (Option). - The estimated quantities or volumes and the maximum quantities or maximum volumes with regard to the contractual services can be found in the tender document Annex 02_Service description in conjunction with Annex 03_Quantity framework.
