- 1. The aim of the maintenance and maintenance of the heating, ventilation and cold systems is kind and professional maintenance and repairs in order to operate the facilities without interference and to reduce the wear in order to increase the lifespan of the systems. 2. The maintenance is according to the manufacturer and to carry out the generally recognized technical rules and regulations. 3. The maintenance is carried out according to the guidelines of the Machine and Electrical Engineering Working Group on state and municipal administrations (AMEV). 4. The maintenance includes, among other things, recording, lubrication, preserving, Refilling, cleaning, replacing operating materials or consumption as well as the planned exchange of wear parts such as seals and the replacement of defects. The replacement of defective parts must be coordinated with the client. 5. The maintenance are at regular intervals and to carry out from trained specialist personnel :? The heating system is to be carried out once a year in September ,? to carry out the ventilation and cold systems twice a year in September and April. 6. The hygiene inspections (collapse tests) are twice a year as part of the maintenance of the refrigeration systems to carry out. The samples are to be examined by a certified institute.
