- Performance for maintenance and inspection as well as disruption and repair of room air technology systems are advertised. The plants to be maintained are 158 RLT systems, including 42 full air conditioning systems, 13 partial climate systems and 103 ventilation systems. The services include the maintenance of approx. 2,200 fire protection elements (fire protection flaps, fire protection valves, smoke extraction flaps). The tender also includes the maintenance of 218 circulating air coolers (stand devices, ceiling cassette devices, wall devices) as part of the RLT systems. Inspection and cleaning of the grease base channels of the catering operations is also part of the performance.
