The performance includes the maintenance, basic and glass cleaning of the service buildings of the State Institute for Agriculture and Horticulture (LLG) Los 1: Schiepziger Str. 29, 06120 Halle- The cleaning work includes the professional wet and dry cleaning of existing office and adjoining rooms, changing room Shower and toilet rooms, corridors and stairs (inside and outside), consulting rooms, laboratory rooms and storage rooms as part of maintenance cleaning. - The following partial services must be provided: - Cleaning the floors in accordance with the cleaning plans, - cleaning of window sills available for the service buildings, Heating, doors, dependent ceiling lamps etc. In accordance with the cleaning plans available for the service buildings, cleaning of the furniture (writing and work tables, chairs, cupboards, showcases, etc.) located in the employee buildings) in accordance with the cleaning plans available for the rating, - Glass cleaning (window and frame) in accordance with the installations attached for the service buildings, basic cleaning in the employed buildings in accordance with the attached lineups.
