- Description:
- Maintenance cleaning ensures the cleanliness and preservation of the objects being cleaned. It must be carried out based on the service lists and service descriptions. The cleaning services are always carried out professionally and in a timely manner in such a way that a perfect cleaning condition is achieved. Maintenance cleaning includes the cleaning and care of the floors, walls (e.g. Partitions in sanitary areas and changing rooms, tiled walls, etc.), stairs and banisters, furniture, appliances, window sills, radiators, doors with frames, sanitary facilities, mirrors, lights, waste containers and ashtrays. Furthermore, the transport of the Waste to the collection container and daily control of consumables (soap, toilet paper, hand towels or cloth towels). In winter, the entrance areas need to be cleaned more intensively. In particular, it is the regular cleaning of the Dirt trapping devices (as stated in the list of services and the service description) must be observed.
