This tender involves the award of maintenance cleaning for the following buildings in Town Hall 2 of the city of Landshut: - Luitpoldstrasse 27, 27 b and Luitpoldstr. 29 b in 84034 Landshut Maintenance cleaning includes ongoing cleaning at set intervals Timely, repeated, damage-free, careful and professional removal of non-stick and sticky dirt in accordance with the result-oriented service specifications. As part of the maintenance cleaning, the waste containers for the objects to be cleaned must also be emptied to collect other found waste of any type and origin and to change garbage and disposal bags. The contractor provides the garbage and disposal bags required by the client. The collected waste must be placed in the prescribed garbage and disposal bags by the client to be deposited at the designated collection point. The removal/disposal of the waste is carried out by the client. Basically, waste is separated into paper waste, organic waste, residual waste and "yellow bag". The waste separation concepts of the individual objects must be observed. Maintenance cleaning also includes Cleaning work that becomes necessary as a result of minor structural repairs and renovation work, unless it is the result of larger repairs or construction work with large-scale contamination or an exceptionally high degree of contamination, which is an independent Post-construction cleaning that is not owed is required. The basic cleaning and re-care (re-coating) of the non-textile floor coverings and special renovation measures to improve the usage properties and appearance are not included in the scope of the maintenance cleaning.
