• Description:
• The Leibniz Institute for Food System Biology at the Technical University of Munich (Leibniz-LSB@TUM) intends to assign the service of maintenance cleaning from July 01, 2025 on the basis of these tender documents. The maintenance cleaning includes a number of regularCleaning services that aim to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the object to be cleaned in the 1st floor and parts in the UG with laboratory, office, meeting, sanitary rooms as well as kitchens, corridors and priorities. In addition, special cleaning is required if necessary and with Los 2 cleaning of theParquet flooring also part of the performance. The exact scope of services with the cleaning gymnast and approx. Square meter surfaces can be found, among other things, of Appendix 1.2? Cleaning groups_ Reinigunplan 1? as well as Appendix 2.0? Listing premises?. The performance is in the following two (2) looseDivided: Lot 1: The performance includes the 5x weekly maintenance cleaning and the special cleaning, if necessary in accordance with the service description Section 6.1 ff.(See Appendix 3.0 and 3.1 on the image of the parquet floor and the care instructions. The bidders can make an offer for one or both lots.
