Service - maintenance cleaning of various buildings of the TU Berlin
Maintenance cleaning of the buildings ACK
The building cleaning includes the regular Maintenance cleaning of all interiors, including offices, sanitary facilities, common areas and traffic areas. To the services belong Floor cleaning, surface cleaning, sanitary cleaning, waste disposal and needs -oriented special cleaning and basic cleaning.
The tender is divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: maintenance cleaning of the buildings ACK
Lot 2: maintenance cleaning of the buildings tib
Tib Hall 16:
The Requirements for the cleaning of the clean room in the Tib Hall 16 building of the TU Berlin are described in detail in the "Pure Area Guidelines" facility and part of this contract. The contractor undertakes to strict compliance with these requirements. Cleaning can only be done by accordingly trained and certified personnel. Appropriate evidence of the staff to be used must be able to be provided.
