Description:
The maintenance cleaning services for the tender for the RWTH Aachen Aoer University Hospital, hereinafter referred to as UKA, are to be provided by a service company. The services listed below are advertised: - maintenance cleaning of the warehouse and office building At Roermonder Strasse 609 - special cleaning (if necessary), the areas to be cleaned can be found in the room book (see Appendix 1). . The aim of the award is to find a service partner who is able to combine the qualitative requirements of the UKA combined with the maximum possible to meet economic effects. The service provision is defined in the form of Service-Level-Agreement (SLA). In the SLA, the result or the performance content to be tested is specifically described. Based on the SLA and a transparent control system, the Results checked and evaluated. The deviations are weighted on the basis of their importance and recorded in a point system in such a way that serious deviations from the agreed service (agreed service = 100%) lead to a proportionate invoice offset.
