• Maintenance, inspection, repair and disruption on the energy distribution systems in the properties of the German Bundestag
  
  subject of the contract are the maintenance, repair, disruption and improvement in the energy distribution systems (heat and cold production as well astheir distribution) with all associated components (such as pipeline systems with control and shut-off fittings, heat transmitters, buffer stores and safety devices). The maintenance and repair of the associated electrical, measurement, control and control technology is not part ofthis contract. The replacement of rubber compensators should take place once in the contract period.
  
  The performance is advertised in two loose. Each bidder can make an offer on both lots or only on a lot. The release is based on properties as follows:
