• The subject of the tender is the maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repair work of the hydraulic systems of helicopter types "Bell" and "Puma" from PREGLER, Kreuzäcker 6, 94469 Deggendorf. --- The order includes the following Main services: Annual maintenance and inspection work on three hydraulic systems according to manufacturer's instructions 1. Leak test, static and dynamic, of both the underfloor pressure supply and the pipe and hose system after warm-up including sealing work if necessary. 2. Replacement of all filter elements with checking of the filter contamination indicators, optical and electrical. Conducting an oil evaluation and contamination limit investigation. 3. Verification of all pressures -, flow, delivery flow and temperature values, if necessary readjustment to logged limit values, e.g. B. values ​​based on helicopter models using test devices according to preselector switch settings. 4. Adjust the entire hydraulic system including the heat exchanger switching points based on operating data. 5. Checking and, if necessary, readjusting all electro-hydraulic pressure and flow proportional valves for functionality, including checking and, if necessary, readjusting all amplifier circuit boards. Check and, if necessary, readjust all setpoints, ramp functions and also the corresponding setpoint transmitters. This maintenance item also includes the return bias system. 6. Check all switch associations of the EVP control panel with the electrical circuit in the underfloor control cabinet. 7. Functional and accuracy test of the vacuum system, if necessary adjusting the setpoints according to factory specifications. 8. Functional test of all EMERGENCY STOP safety combinations. 9. Visual inspection of the electrical control cabinet, wiring, control and control circuits. 10.
