Description:
The tendered service includes maintenance, inspection, repair and troubleshooting of elevator and conveyor systems. The contractor must maintain a 24-hour on-call service on all days of the year to deal with faults To ensure troubleshooting in accordance with the service times specified in the service description. The contractor must ensure that the elevators meet the requirements of DIN ISO 18738 - Driving quality of elevators - at all times. Both Maintenance work involves measuring and analyzing the ride quality of elevator systems at least once a year. The driving characteristics are checked, measured, compared by the contractor using a measuring device, for example LiftPC QS 2 documented in writing. Among other things, parameters such as jerk, deceleration and speed are determined in three axes. If there are deviations from the target value, the necessary adjustments must be made to ensure quality. - Maintenance and Inspection in accordance with DIN 31051 - hereinafter referred to as maintenance - Repair work in accordance with DIN 31051 - Troubleshooting work. This includes the short-term elimination of system malfunctions and immediate measures in the event of accidents with the aim of: to restore normal operation, but at least to exclude further hindrances, damage, nuisance and consequential damage. - Improvement according to DIN 31051 - Testing and expert services The services are carried out on the technical side Plants and facilities listed in the inventory list.
