Description:
The subject of the services advertised by the ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio contribution service (hereinafter referred to as "Contribution Service") is the conclusion of maintenance contracts for the software products of the document reading system that are already in use.
The contribution service intends to maintain the maintenance services to be awarded in two lots.
Los 1 - Maintenance of the software products from OpenText already in use
Los 2 - maintenance of the software products from Paradatec already in use
It is intended to get a maintenance contract with a fixed term of 2 years (01.01.2026 until 31.12.2027) and the possibility of two extension to complete another year. The contract comes into account with the award of the contract on the most economical offer. The start of the maintenance services per lot is 01.01.2026 at the earliest.
