Maintenance, inspection, repair and disruption on Split climate systems in various properties of the German Bundestag
The scope of services includes:
- Maintenance, inspection, repair and disruption on Split air conditioning systems and recirculation cooling devices
- Exams according to DGUV regulation 3
- Improvement according to DIN 31051
- Implementation of energetic inspections according to the building energy network (opposite)
- on -call duty
A daily 24-hour calling is to be held by the contractor. A response time of 4 hours is agreed for disruption.
In order to clarify the local framework, participation in a tour of the location for the creation of the offer is mandatory for each bidder. For the site visit, the form attached to the tender documents must be submitted for confirmation and submitted with the offer.
