- Annual maintenance of the following systems must be carried out at the site: Ventilation systems / refrigeration systems / heating systems Laboratory building (House 1 and House 2): - RLT system for supply and exhaust air with heat recovery (KVS), 9000 m³/h, for 10 laboratory rooms, with - 1 central unit for supply and exhaust air - 10 zone ventilation units, reheaters and coolers, 600 to 1200 m³/h - Building control technology, Simatic 7S, eleven remote controls - Air-cooled water chiller, cooling capacity 50 kW. - 1 pc. RLT system for supply and exhaust air with separate control, as a roof unit, 800 m³/h, for 1 laboratory room - 9 pcs. exhaust fans, radial design, housing and impeller made of PPs, with their own control/regulation and frequency converters, for the extraction of laboratory fume hoods, max. 1500 m³/h - 13 pieces of split air conditioning units, cooling capacity up to 13.5 kW Outdoor units mounted at a height of 4m, indoor unit mounted at a height of approx. 2.80m, one outdoor unit for each indoor unit - 15 pieces of laboratory fume hoods, 400 to 1400 m³/h with TÜV testing - 7 hazardous goods cabinets - House connection station for district heating 200 kW to supply four heating circuits and hot water preparation, 200 l, with control/regulation, distributor with control valves, pumps and fittings, expansion vessels It should be noted: The supply and exhaust air device with the ten zone devices and four Exhaust fans and the control cabinets for the building management system were installed in the loft above the laboratory rooms. These rooms are very cramped! (central passage height approx. 1.90m). The tour of the facilities and insight into the Inventory documentation is strongly recommended.
