Services of object planning in accordance with HOAI § 33 ff for the conversion of the Aemp at the Marienhaus Klinikum in Mainz
The planned measure includes the conversion of the AEMP (central sterilization) on the base floor of the existing Building at the current location. The existing devices and the floor plan should be adapted to the current standards. Around 30,000 stes should be cleaned in the future. In the future, 2 other facilities are to be supplied. As a result, the requirement also exists and disposal to ensure for the external facilities. The measure is publicly funded. A more precise inventory analysis and a basic determination are currently carried out. Costs: Total costs according to coarse cost estimate from 05.05.2025: 1. Equip the property 2.
