Description:
On July 1st, 2018, the World Heritage Committee decided to record the Naumburg Cathedral in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. As a result of the tourist goals, in agreement with everyone involved, the United Cathedral Districts decided to get a World Heritage Reception and Information Center in Domplatz 1establish. For this purpose, the entire building complex with a courtyard -side garden area is to be extensively renovated and expanded. This includes extensive static content, redesigning the interiors for information offers and exhibitions, roof recovery and facade renovation. TheIntermediate building Domkirchner, while maintaining the west facade, will be completely rebuilt and a lapidarium is to be installed on the eastern side of the courtyard. Bishop Curie Domplatz 1 is high -quality monument substance in the core zone of the world heritage.
