Description:
Framework agreement for the provision of managed services for the operation, administration and support of HADAG's IT workplace environment (Workplace IT) and active network infrastructure. Managed services for workplace IT and Network infrastructure HADAG Seetouristik und Fährdienst AG intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of managed services for workplace IT and the active network infrastructure. The order includes the operation Management and support of the fully Microsoft 365-based IT workplace environment including device management (Windows notebooks, Android/iOS smartphones and tablets) via Microsoft Intune as well as user support. Furthermore includes the performance, the management, monitoring and hardening of the network infrastructure, especially firewalls and switches, as well as the implementation and operation of secure network segmentation. The framework agreement also includes individual calls for Delivery of hardware and standard software according to EVB-IT purchase or system delivery. An essential part of the job is ensuring a high level of IT security, including compliance with ISO 27001 requirements and the Assist in achieving NIS2 compliance.
