Description: The HeiligGeisttspitalstiftung Freiburg I.Br. intends to transfer the management of their vineyards and wine production to an external winery as part of the "reorientation of the foundation provenance" project. A winery company is being sought, which is demonstrably able to produce exceptionally exceptionally for a period of 15 years of excellent wines for the Stiftungsweintgut of the HeiligggeStospital Foundation.
A negotiated procedure with public participation competition is carried out to allocate the services for the management and winemaking for the foundation vineyard. The 2-stage procedure involves public participation competition (1st stage: selection phase) and the negotiating phase (2nd stage: delivery and negotiators) in accordance with §§ 14 and 17 VGV.
