• The aim of the services to be awarded is to sustainably improve the economic performance of the University Hospital of Cologne by identifying, prioritizing and implementing revenue-increasing and cost-reducing measures as well as adapting organizational structures and processes to future ones requirements can be adapted. The program is intended to achieve short-term liquidity and earnings contributions, while at the same time strengthening the company's strategic competitiveness in the medium and long term.
