Description:
The first building complex of the Marien primary school in Tirschenreuth was inaugurated in January 1955. School was "made fit" for the requirements of the present. the Exchange of the existing gas heating planned, which was installed in 1983. Replace heating system to reduce energy consumption and make a contribution to environmental protection. • The following points should taken into account become: • disassembly of the old gas heating from 1983 • Planning and installation of a new, sustainable heating system (e.g. heat pump, biomass, solar thermal or similar) • Integration of the new system into the existing building structure • Consideration of energy -efficient and environmentally friendly Technologies • Compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
The Marienschule Tirschenreuth project - Remodeling the fire station into a full -day facility will be basic services according to Hoai in the area of the area Specialist planning Technical equipment (Elt) in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2, Section 53 Plant groups 4, 5 and 6 required. 1 to 9 (without performance phase).
