• The Marine Kaserne Neustadt i. Holstein is located on the Bay of Luebeck and is surrounded by water on three sides. The new building is to be built on an open space. The space and area requirements result from the spatial requirements plan, BauU Part I - IV Annex 10, and the associated ones Room books. On the user side, the space requirements for the actual diving training hall, the rooms for hall supervision and the sanitary and changing rooms are classified as basic-based, as they relate fully to the ministerially approved construction projects for rescue training halls in Wilhelmshaven, Bremerhaven and Ploen support.
