• Replacement new diving training hall, specialist planning - structural planning Marine barracks, replacement building for diving training hall - specialist planning, structural planning The Marine Kaserne Neustadt i. Holstein is located on the Bay of Lübeck and is surrounded on three sides Surrounded by water. The new building is to be built on an open space. The space and area requirements result from the space requirements plan, BauU Part I - IV Appendix 10, and the associated room books. On the user side, the space requirements become the actual ones Diving training hall, the rooms for the hall supervision and the sanitary and changing rooms are classified as basic-based, as they are fully based on the ministerially approved construction projects for rescue training halls in Wilhelmshaven, Bremerhaven and Plön support. In the swimming pool there is a crane system with a lifting load of 1,800 kg plus the legally required safety reserves for training equipment (the insertion and removal of the life raft with rescue equipment and its own weight of 360 kg and the insertion and removal of “rigid hull inflatable boats dummy” with a dead weight of 1,800 kg) over the entire length of the water basin. The crane system must be able to transport people (training scenario for lifeguards and casualties = 180 kg) must be permitted. Furthermore, technical equipment must be installed for wave simulation with a wave height of 1.50 m as well as for simulating strong winds, noise and fog.
