Market exploration for approx. 100 pieces of electrical engine modules for the drive of robot joints
We are looking for a provider for the development and manufacture of customer-specific electrical engine modules in sizes 85mm, 60mm and 50mm, which for the precise and fast drive of robot jointsare suitable. The three most successful bidders should receive a framework contract for approx. 100 pieces of the engine modules.
The reference offer should be made via the following quantities:
• 10 pieces of 85 motor modules
• 6 pieces of 60s engine modules
• 8 pieces 50s engine module
Adaptation construction:
The DLR-RM placesA data package of the existing constructions for the sizes 50mm, 60mm and 85mm. Prototypes of sizes 85mm and 60mm are already available and their design drawings can be shared as the basis for the development of the series (85-, 60- and 50mm). In addition, oneSection definition and the core parameters of the construction (motor specification/selection, sensor specification/selection).This construction goes through three reviews (PDR, CDR, Manufacturing Readiness Review). The reviews take place on site in the DLR Oberpfaffenhofen in a time window from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, regular status meetings also take place in this time window.
