As part of this market research, DAK-Gesundheit would like to gain an overview of the existing market situation with regard to software solutions for alerting neighboring workplaces. For this purpose, it is important to DAK-Gesundheit to establish framework conditions for implementation or recommendationsdrive. Therefore, DAK-Gesundheit would like to ask you as a market participant about the key data described and hopes for your willingness to cooperate. DAK-Gesundheit would like a software solution to alert neighboring workplaces in the event of an acute threat to a workplace in the customerintroduce advice. The threat levels in customer service and sales have been increasing steadily since 2023. In the event of a threat due to a direct threat of violence, the person affected should be able to send an alarm to colleagues present using a shortcut key or a pre-assigned key.
