Description:
Since the beginning of 2007, the clinics of the Upper Bavaria district - KBO - have been working under the roof of a municipal company. We are a network of clinics and outpatient institutions for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics for children, adolescents and adults, neurology and social pediatrics. We Treating, maintaining and caring for around 130,000 patients annually. We offer our services inpatient, partially inpatient and outpatient - local across the board.
The KBO municipal company has an employee survey for the entire KBO group in shape every 3 to 4 years a full survey. The aim is to raise the job satisfaction of the employees to derive monitors and measures that increase the satisfaction of the workforce over time and compared to other employers. So the fluctuation rate should be kept low and a Contribution to personnel binding and recruiting are made.
We are looking for a provider for this. Long -term cooperation is welcome.
The scope of size of the survey: the survey is planned for around 9,000 employees, distributed probably 11 companies/locations:
A rather small part of the survey must be carried out than pencil paper survey.
