- As part of this non-binding market approach, private companies' interest in participating in the implementation of the project "Operator concepts for sustainable energy supply on the Zanders conversion site in the city of Bergisch Gladbach" is to be queried. The city of Bergisch Gladbach is Eowner of a 36 hectare conversion area close to the city center - the former Zanders paper factory. This site is to be developed into a modern neighborhood in three phases over the next 30 years. The plan is to create living space for 3,000 people and 2,900 jobs.
