The IT service center Berlin (ITDZ Berlin) is the central IT service provider of the Berlin administration. The core competencies of the ITDZ Berlin are digitization, standardization, IT security, service and advice.
The ITDZ Berlin plans a new tender for mass digitization andto award the services in this context to an external service provider.
The ITDZ Berlin has been offering mass digitization as a service for its customers in the state of Berlin since 2008. This service is intended to conclude a new framework contractbe continued. The contents of the previous framework contracts included the pure digitization of the documents by a contractor and storage of it in an earchiv. Furthermore, the digitized documents were adopted and supported directly in specialist procedures of the customers of the ITDZ Berlinthus the business processes. The ITDZ Berlin operates the specialist procedures of its customers in its data center.
