The district of Saalekreis intends to rent a property for use for administrative purposes with public transport within the town center of Merseburg. This is a market exploration with the aim of determining availability for approximately suitable objects on the market creation a well -founded decision -making basis for planning future measures. Renting of office space and storage areas for the following two rental options: 1. option for approx. 60 employees approx. 1,055 m2 total area (approx. 800 m2 office, ca. 200 m2 storage space, approx. 35 m2 of technology areas, approx. 20 m2 area for at least 1, if possible 2 tea kitchens) Rental period: approx. 3 to 5 years with extension option 2. Option for approx. 107 employees approx. 1,680 m2 Total area (approx. 1,350 m2 office and approx. 250 m2 storage space, approx. 50 m2 technology areas, approx. 30 m2 Other areas for at least 2, if possible 3 tea kitchens) Rental period: approx. 8 to 10 years with an extension option of the start of rental planned is 2026, at the latest in the 2nd quarter of 2027.
