Description:
To prepare for a procurement procedure, Toll Collect carries out a market survey in accordance with Section 28 VgV. Toll Collect GmbH intends to carry out an EU-wide procurement procedure to provide services for decentralized control facilities. For permanent provisionng the decentralized control devices, a number of different, heterogeneous services are necessary for operation, maintenance and repair. The decentralized control facilities are currently composed as follows: control columns on the federal highways, control bridgeson federal highways and toll control and traffic control service vehicles as well as portable control devices. The decentralized control facilities are modular and distributed throughout Germany. According to the current planning status, the services include the following categories - PreOn-site maintenance measures of the decentralized control facilities, including defined services for their infrastructure - rollout of decentralized hardware - construction and dismantling of decentralized hardware - infrastructure maintenance - spare parts management - operation of at least 7 service bases for InstaMaintenance of control vehicles and portable control devices, spatially distributed within Germany - Other services and services in connection with the decentralized control devices
