This is a market exploration in accordance with § 28 paragraph 1 VGV, so no services are obtained within the framework of this market exploration. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------NRW (BLB NRW) has been the owner of over 4,000 properties of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2001. In addition to the ministries, this includes in particular police guards, tax offices, courthouse, correctional facilities, castles and museums. The administrative assets (without universities, third -party rental andVacancy) comprises about 14.6 million m2 gross area and approx. 48,500 technical systems. Framework contracts for technical building management (TGM) and recurring exams have been awarded since 2010. Since 2017 there has also been a technical facility management contract (TFM) with whichThe building operation and operator responsibility are transferred holistically to a contractual partner. The TFM concept is currently applying for around 10% of the total BGF of the BLB NRW. In the future, this proportion will tend to be increased. In addition, the BLB NRW is driver of the sustainability issuesfor the state of North Rhine -Westphalia and significantly involved in the implementation of the goals of the climate -neutral state administration.
