Description:
The client and awarding body for the award measure is Olympiapark Muenchen GmbH (OMG). The OMG records an average of 430 events on 365 days per year across all venues. The planning for future events extends beyond 2029. From this it is evidentthat a venue and event management system must map several thousand events.
The existing booking system was developed individually for OMG and can no longer be updated. OMG is now looking for a powerful, cloud-based (!) standard software solution (customizing usd accepted) with an integrated CRM, a modern web portal for room bookings as well as modules for the areas of event management, accounting and reporting.

As part of this market research, OMG is asking companies that can offer corresponding cloud-based standard softwaren to get in touch as part of this market exploration.
