Koelner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG (KVB) is expected to carry out a award procedure for the procurement of light rail cars from 2026. In order to know the KVB on the technical and commercial aspects of such a procedure, in particular the technical requirements for the Performance to improve to improve, this carries out a market exploration according to §26 SektVO ("industrial dialogue").
