- Market research, complete renovation of DASA The BLB NRW is conducting a market survey to find a general contractor for the overall renovation of the DASA in Dortmund. This is not a request for offers as part of a (formal) procurement procedure. Out of Market research does not reveal any immediate procurement. You will not incur any obligations or claims as a result of feedback. The BLB NRW intends to launch a tender procedure to procure a general contractor at a later date to carry out. A competitive dialogue with a preliminary participation competition is to be carried out with three general contractors. All interested companies will be informed about this in good time. The aim is to completely renovate the DASA (House 3). Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health with regard to the upgrading of fire protection, energy renovation to EGB 55 standard, the creation of accessibility and the basic renovation of all technical trades to the standard Recognized rules of technology are carried out during ongoing operation, ideally in 4 construction phases. The aim of the market research is to obtain information as to whether there are interested parties to take part in the competition that will be held later There is dialogue on the overall restructuring of DASA.
