The present procedure is a market investigation within the meaning of Section 2 EU Paragraph 7 Sentence 1 VOB/A, Section 2 Paragraph 5 VOB/A, Section 28 Paragraph 1 VGV, Section 20 UVgO. The procedure does not yet constitute a formal procurement procedure.
The market research serves to prepare the subsequent award of the contract Service concessions and informing the charging infrastructure operators about the upcoming overall project.

The state of Brandenburg has a total of 33 road maintenance departments, which are distributed across 19 state highway authorities and 14 federal highway authorities. All 33 road maintenance properties require adjustments to property electrical connections to support the switch to renewable energy.
