The aim is to identify suitable providers and their technical solutions as well as cost structures. Initial situation The Elbe Tunnel Hamburg (ETR 1-3), completed in 1975, exists in the area of the lowering section between the Fan structures south and center made of 8 floating elements (I - VIII), which are one length of 132 m each and are articulated at the ends (element joints).
