Market town of Burghaun, new building daycare center Burghaun - specialist planning Teschnische Equipment Elt
The municipality of Burghaun intends to build a new daycare center on the existing municipal property.
A contemporary, future -proof and multifunctional building for Childcare with a total of 124 childcare places (with 2 U3 groups of 12 children and 4 mixed-age groups of 25 children).
An economic construction and a contemporary standard of all technical systems as a low-tech concept with low operating and maintenance costs is planned.
Guidelines There are currently no Elt technology. These are determined together with the AG in the course of the planning. A locking system and a photovoltaic system on the roof are considered.
According to the overlay cost assessment, the total costs of the construction work (KG 200 - 700) are currently at around 7.0 Mio € gross specified as the upper limit. The proportion of the KG 400 (Elt) of this is approximately € 0.42 million gross.
It is intended to apply for funding (funds from the district equalization stock). The application for further funding must be checked in the course of planning.
