• The Allersberg Markt plans to set up a landscape use plan with an integrated landscape plan. The market town is located in the Middle Franconian district of Roth. The municipality of Allersberg has around 8,550 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2024) and a population density of 143 inhabitants per km2. The market area runs a motorway (A9) with a motorway exit near Allersberg and an ICE route (Nuremberg-Ingolstadt-Muenchen). There is also a train station in Allersberg that is approached by regional trains. The new land use plan to be recreated should be the type of structural use, which Special type of structural use (construction areas) as well as the general level of structural use, the intended urban development, individual monuments, ground monuments, green and recreational areas, traffic areas, supply areas, areas for public facilities, community areas, Areas for which wastewater disposal is not intended, waters, biotopes, eco -areas, compensation areas and.
